Built for varied driving and weather, the RS9000XL uses an application-specific tri-tube body (up to 2.75 in.) filled with all‑weather fluid to manage temperatures from -40 to 248°F. An 18 mm nitro-carburized piston rod, double-welded loops, and a 1.25 in. sintered iron piston enhance strength, while a low-friction, self-lubricating seal helps retain gas and oil for consistent response. Nitrogen pressurization (120 PSI) reduces fade, and the external knob lets you fine-tune damping for daily driving, towing, or off-road use. Protective finishes and a polyvinyl boot add durability.
