Constructed from CNC laser-cut and formed 3/16 in. steel with fully welded, hand-finished seams, it offers proven strength and a precise fit. Patented Rhino Horn shackle mounts are 1 in. thick and accept 7/8 in. D-rings. The textured black powder coat adds protection, backed by a limited lifetime structural warranty and a 5-year finish warranty. Installation requires no drilling or cutting and the bumper remains compatible with the factory hitch. Wrap-around corner end caps and a center step provide sure footing for accessing roof gear and clearance for larger spare tires.
