BMW 230i High Performance Heat Exchanger - Dinan - 2022–2026. A direct-fit upgrade engineered to improve charge cooling and overall thermal management on the G42 230i for consistent performance on the street or track.

Dinan replaces the factory cooler with a robust 45 mm-thick bar-and-plate core (vs. 26.75 mm OEM) and full-size end tanks, increasing heat transfer surface area by 68% and boosting thermal mass. In Dinan testing over 30 successive WOT pulls, charge air temperatures dropped an average of 8.7°C with peaks near 12°C, helping resist heat soak and power loss. Precision aluminum construction, 100% TIG-welded and pressure tested, maintains durability while remaining a true bolt-on with no modifications required. The design works with the OE coolant routing to aid both charge and engine cooling efficiency.
