BMW 330i Heat Exchanger - Dinan - High Performance (2016-2020). A high-capacity cooling upgrade engineered to stabilize intake air temperatures during spirited driving and repeated pulls.

The factory unit can struggle under sustained load. Dinan answers with a 48mm core (27mm OEM) and 78% more heat-transfer surface. L-shaped end tanks increase thermal mass to curb heat soak and reduce timing pull. Testing recorded an average 8°F, with up to 15°F, IAT drop over 15 back-to-back WOT runs. It is 100% TIG welded, pressure tested, includes all hardware (xDrive transmission-cooler brackets), and may require minor trimming of the plastic core-stack shroud on some vehicles, especially those with the OEM hot-climate heat exchanger.
