Hyundai Tiburon Flywheel - Fidanza - Aluminum - `03-`06 is a precision replacement flywheel for the Tiburon HY5 produced between 2003 and 2006. This Fidanza aluminum unit reduces rotating mass to improve throttle response while remaining serviceable with a replaceable friction plate and ring gear.

Built from billet 6061-T6 or 2024-T4 aluminum, this flywheel pairs a lightweight body with a replaceable, hardened 1050 steel ring gear for durability. The heat-treated friction plate is designed for strong engagement and long life, and the overall package is significantly lighter than the OEM unit, lowering moment of inertia for quicker acceleration and crisper throttle feel. Military-spec fasteners and stepped dowels enhance reliability and alignment during installation. Note: when selecting a replacement friction kit, confirm the bolt pattern (18 vs 20) for your specific flywheel before purchase.
