Ford 9.75 Differential Overhaul Kit - Yukon Gear & Axle - Master Overhaul Kit - '08-'10. This Master Overhaul Kit supplies the bearings, races, seals and small parts required to rebuild a Ford 9.75" differential when converting to a 2011+ ring and pinion set.

The kit uses Timken bearings and races and includes the common service items technicians need to complete a carrier and pinion overhaul. Contents address both bearing and seal replacement, and the included shim kit, pinion nut and thread locking compound help establish proper preloads and secure critical fasteners. Where applicable the kit also contains a crush sleeve, oil baffles and slingers, plus marking compound with brush to check gear pattern during setup. Make sure to check nut thread pitch for your application and note this kit fits 2008–2010 Ford 9.75" housings paired with 2011 and newer ring & pinion sets. This kit does not include 9.75IRS CV axle seals (YMSF1005) or needle bearings (YB AX-009) used on some 2003+ Expeditions with 9.75" independent rear suspension.
