Ford Transit Oil Separator - J&L - 3.0 - Clear Anodized - '20-'25 is a direct-fit crankcase oil separator designed for Ford Transit 150/250/350 models from 2020–2025. It reduces oil vapor carryover into the intake using a multi-stage trap and a removable reservoir.

Machined from solid billet aluminum and finished in clear anodize, this J&L 3.0 unit is built for durability and serviceability. The separator uses a fine mesh stainless screen and an aluminum honeycomb stage to condense oil vapors so they collect in the removable lower tank instead of reaching the intake. A knurled base and O-ring seal make periodic draining straightforward and help prevent leaks. It mounts passenger side with quick-connect PCV fittings for an OEM-like installation.

Routine service is simple: drain the tank every 2,000–3,000 miles and inspect the seal. The multi-stage filtration captures the finest oil vapors and returns them to the tank so only clean air is routed back to the intake. This helps reduce oil contamination in intake plumbing and intake tract components over time.
