Timbren’s BES Severe-Duty rotor addresses the primary failure point in hard-use braking: heat. The OnyxBond coating resists corrosion and is rated to 932°F, delivering a 67% higher heat threshold than typical zinc-coated rotors to help maintain consistent braking under load. Each rotor is fly-cut balanced to reduce pedal and steering vibrations, precision machined to OE specs for smooth engagement, and uses an OEM-style vane design for dependable heat dissipation.
