Ford F150 Performance Air Intake - Volant - PowerCore Closed Air - 04-08. A purpose-built closed-box intake for 2004–2008 F-150s (including 5.4L V8 applications) that improves airflow while protecting the engine from heat and contaminants.

This Volant PowerCore closed-air system uses a heavy-duty closed filter box and a Primo Diesel style filter designed for severe-duty trucks. The multi-layer filter media is pleated between aluminum screens for durability and high flow. The enclosed design helps isolate the filter from engine bay heat and road debris, giving more consistent intake temperatures and reliable filtration. The system is a direct bolt-on kit with included scoop, ducts, clamps and connectors for straightforward installation that can usually be completed in under an hour.
