This Stainless Works header and X-pipe assembly is built for 2015–2020 Chevy Tahoe and compatible GMC Yukon/Suburban 5.3L and 6.2L engines, providing a durable, high-flow path for exhaust gases and a more aggressive exhaust note.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with TIG welding and CNC mandrel-bent 1-7/8" primaries, this kit includes 3" slip-fit collectors, high-flow catalytic converters and 3" lead pipes that merge into an X-pipe. The 3/8" thick flanges and Performance Connect design allow a direct interface with Stainless Works cat-back systems. These components are made in the USA and built to resist corrosion while improving flow characteristics and throttle response without altering engine hardware.
