Audi A6 Quattro Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 5000 Series HD - `99-`04. This is a direct-replacement front brake ring from DBA’s 5000 Series HD designed for the 1999–2004 Audi A6 Quattro.

The DBA 5000 Series HD is a composite two-piece rotor that combines high-carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace-grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), fastened with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The aluminum hats reduce unsprung weight and limit heat transfer to the hub while allowing uniform radial disc expansion. The HD variant provides a smooth, OE-style rotor finish for drivers who want the 5000 Series construction without slots or cross-drilling. These rings can be used with complete DBA assemblies or as replacement rings when paired with compatible DBA hats.
