Audi S6 Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 5000 Series Drilled - Black Hat - `07-`11. A direct-fit, two-piece DBA 5000 Series rotor designed for the front of 2007–2011 Audi S6, combining cast-iron rings with an aluminum hat for reduced unsprung weight and improved thermal behavior.

This DBA 5000 Series drilled/dimpled (XD) rotor uses XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron for the ring and T6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum for the hat, joined with National Aerospace Standard (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The design reduces rotational mass, manages heat more effectively than a one-piece rotor, and allows uniform radial disc expansion while limiting heat transfer to the hub. The drilled and dimpled pattern offers enhanced structural support and improved cooling over some other finishes. Replacement rings and hats are available from DBA for serviceability.
