Chrysler SRT-4 Head Gasket - Cometic Gasket - MLS 87.5mm .040 inch - 03-05. A direct-fit multi-layer steel (MLS) head gasket engineered for the 2003–2005 SRT-4 (2.4L turbo) that delivers reliable sealing for high-output engines.

This Cometic MLS gasket is built from multiple embossed stainless steel layers with Viton-coated outer faces and an uncoated stainless shim center. Compressed operating thickness is .040", and the bore measures 87.5mm, matching Chrysler ED1/EDV/EDZ applications. MLS construction provides improved rebound and corrosion resistance compared with single-layer designs and is suitable for aluminum heads mated to aluminum or cast iron blocks. The Viton coating resists heat and common engine fluids up to the material’s rated temperature, and the gasket is designed to seal without additional sealants.
