Ford F-250 Coolant Filtration System - Sinister Diesel - WIX - `08-`10. This Sinister Diesel coolant filtration kit with a genuine WIX filter is made for 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke trucks and helps remove casting sand and debris that can shorten the life of cooling components.

The system uses a CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum filter block that mounts to a supplied bracket using factory holes, so no drilling is required. The kit includes the WIX coolant filter, pre-assembled high-strength silicone hoses and fittings that were factory-tested at twice the recommended radiator cap pressure, and all installation hardware. The filter is user-serviceable and unscrews for quick replacement. Recommended replacement is the first filter at 500 miles, then the second and third at 3,000 miles each; after three changes, annual replacement is typical. As a bypass filtration setup it helps maintain coolant flow while protecting the water pump, oil cooler, and EGR cooler from abrasive debris.
