Ford F-350 Coolant Filtration System - Sinister Diesel - WIX - `08-`10. This coolant bypass filtration kit captures casting sand and debris from 6.4L Powerstroke cooling passages to help protect water pumps, EGR coolers and oil coolers without major modification to the factory plumbing.

The kit uses a CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum anodized filter block that bolts to factory holes with the supplied bracket—no drilling required. A genuine WIX coolant filter threads into the block and can be unscrewed for fast replacement. Silicone hoses and factory-tested fittings are pre-assembled for reliable, leak-resistant connections. Recommended initial filter change is at 500 miles, with the second and third changes around 3,000 miles; after three changes schedule replacements annually. Typical installation time is approximately two hours, though it may vary with experience.
