Our 2019+ GMC/Chevy 1500 Bed Channel Stiffeners reinforce the weak truck bed channels against cracking and other damage. Heavy loads, camper shells, bed racks, or off-road stresses can crack the bed channels over time. These brackets provide the needed extra support and rigidity to avoid this common problem. Our brackets add an extra 3/8-inches of steel, composed of a 3/16-inch stiffener and a 3/16-inch backer plate. Each bracket features accessory mounting locations that are perfectly suited for antennas or flag mounting. Additional tie down points are also included in the design.
