This 242/254 Stage 2 LST solid roller suits LS 3-bolt engines with factory valve‑relief pistons. In 2010–2015 Express Pasajeros 5.3L or 6.0L builds, expect a usable 3500–7500 RPM window; stability to 7500 RPM when used with COMP CK or MK valvetrain kits. Get CK/MK kits by adding the CK or MK prefix to the part number.
