Hummer H3 Engine Camshaft – COMP Cams Stage 1 LST 223/225 Hydraulic Roller (2008–2010). Purpose-built for the 5.3L H3, ready for turbo LS use with street manners.
The 223/225 Stage 1 LST targets GM 4.8/5.3L turbo combos for quick spool and strong midrange. Run it “cam-only” or with full upgrades. Pair with COMP CK or MK kits; MK offers 24x or 58x timing sets. With matched parts, stability to 7400 rpm is achievable.
