COMP Cams Stage 1 LST 223/225 Hydraulic Roller Cam for Chevrolet Express 1500 (2003-2014). Built for GM 4.8L/5.3L LS engines, it supports turbo builds while maintaining dependable street manners.

The LST profile improves turbine drive and midrange in vans, trucks, and SUVs. Its hydraulic roller design is durable and pairs with COMP Cams CK or MK kits for matched springs and hardware. Well suited to cam-only 4.8/5.3 turbo builds with unknown backpressure, and capable of stable operation to 7400 rpm when used with the proper kit. Order a matched kit by adding CK or MK to the beginning of the part number; MK kits are available with 24x or 58x timing sets.
