Audi RS5 High Pressure Fuel Pump - APR - Rebuild for 2.9T and 3.0T EA839 V6 (2018-2024). This service upgrades your Hitachi Gen III HPFP with APR precision internals to increase fueling capacity for performance builds.
By enlarging the internal bore and displacement, this rebuild delivers up to 37% more volume than stock, helping hold commanded pressure with larger turbos and ethanol blends. APR uses heat-treated stainless components, a DLC-coated piston, and a weight-matched spring, held to .00004 in/.00005 in tolerances. Assembled in house and tested for function, this service requires you to send a working pump and solenoid. Compatible ECU software (such as Stage 1+) is required for proper operation.
