Ram 3500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster - 19-24. Built for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins and Aisin AS69RC, it retains factory driving feel while correcting known trouble spots.
BD addresses the AS69RC's K2 hub spline wear with a nitride-coated billet hub and preserves shift quality with custom-selected frictions. A stiffer pressure regulator spring increases line pressure for sure clutch apply. The BD deep sump pan adds about 3.5 qts to aid cooling and fluid life, and leak-prone cork pan/PTO gaskets are replaced with durable nitrile pieces. An OE-style ProForce torque converter completes a smart, service-ready package.
