RAM 3500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel Roadmaster AS69RC (2019-2024). A complete AS69RC transmission and converter package for 6.7L Cummins Ram 3500, focused on durability.
AS69RC units can develop K2 hub spline wear; BD fixes it with a nitride-coated billet hub. Custom-selected frictions keep OEM shift quality, and a stiffer pressure regulator spring raises max line pressure for stronger clutch apply. The BD Deep Sump Pan adds ~3.5 qts to aid cooling, and leak-prone cork pan and PTO gaskets are replaced with nitrile. An OE-style ProForce torque converter, stock clutch counts, and a new sprag complete the package.
