Made for 2019–2024 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins with the Aisin AS69RC and RH PTO, this package pairs BD’s Roadmaster transmission with an OE‑style ProForce torque converter. A nitride‑coated billet K2 hub mitigates spline/tooth wear; a stiffer pressure‑regulator spring increases line pressure for stronger clutch apply; and custom‑selected frictions preserve OEM shift quality. The BD Deep Sump Pan adds about 3.5 qts to support fluid life and cooling, while nitrile pan and PTO gaskets replace leak‑prone cork. A new sprag supports reliable stator operation.
