Ram 4500 Transmission Package – BD Diesel Roadmaster, AS69RC, Right Hand PTO (2019–2024). A complete replacement focused on durability with factory-like drivability.
The AS69RC is robust but known for K2 hub spline wear; this Roadmaster package addresses it with BD’s nitride-coated billet K2 hub. BD’s custom-selected frictions help maintain smooth shifts, and a stiffer pressure regulator spring increases line pressure for stronger clutch apply. Cork pan and PTO gaskets are replaced with nitrile, sealing the BD Deep Sump Pan that adds 3.5 quarts for better cooling and fluid life. Includes an OE-style ProForce torque converter and new sprag.
