Ram 5500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster, AS69RC, Right Hand PTO (2019–2024). Purpose-built for 6.7L Cummins Ram 5500s with the AS69RC, it delivers a dependable replacement with OE-like drivability.
Roadmaster targets the AS69RC’s known pain points while remaining a sensible match for stock output. The nitride-coated billet K2 hub combats common spline wear. Custom-selected frictions keep shifts smooth and consistent. A stiffer pressure regulator spring raises line pressure for stronger clutch apply. Leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced with nitrile pieces, and the BD Deep Sump Pan adds about 3.5 quarts to support fluid life and cooling. An OE-style ProForce torque converter and new sprag complete the kit.
