Ram 3500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster AS69RC - '19-'24. A purpose-built replacement for 2019–2024 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins trucks equipped with the Aisin AS69RC, pairing a fortified assembly with an OE-style ProForce torque converter while preserving factory-like shift feel.
Built around BD’s fixes for known AS69RC concerns, this package is designed to handle stock engine output and address common wear and leakage points. A nitride-coated billet K2 hub corrects excessive spline wear, custom-selected frictions maintain smooth, reliable shifts, and a valve body with a stiffer pressure regulator spring increases maximum line pressure for stronger clutch apply. Leak-prone cork pan and PTO gaskets are replaced with nitrile pieces, and the BD Deep Sump Pan adds 3.5 qts to aid fluid life and cooling. A new sprag supports dependable stator operation.
