Ram 4500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster AS69RC - '19-'24. A BD Diesel transmission and converter package engineered for Aisin AS69RC-equipped 6.7L Ram 3500/4500/5500 trucks.
Built to address known AS69RC weak points while preserving factory drivability, the Roadmaster integrates BD's nitride-coated billet K2 hub to curb spline wear, custom-selected frictions that retain smooth, consistent shifts, and a valve body with a stiffer pressure regulator spring to raise line pressure for improved clutch apply. BD's deep-sump pan adds 3.5 quarts for better thermal capacity, while upgraded nitrile pan and PTO gaskets replace leak-prone cork. An OE-style ProForce torque converter and new stator sprag round out the package.
