Ram 3500 Transmission Package – BD Diesel Towmaster (2019–2024). Built around the Aisin AS69RC, this package is a fortified replacement with an OE-style ProForce torque converter for hard-working 6.7L Cummins trucks.

BD targets known AS69RC issues with a billet, nitride-coated K2 hub and a stronger billet K3 drum. Added frictions in K2, K3, and B1 raise torque capacity while preserving smooth, dependable shifts. Line pressure is increased for improved clutch holding. A BD Deep Sump Pan adds about 3.5 qts to aid cooling and fluid life, and nitrile pan/PTO gaskets address common leaks. Billet apply pistons and a new sprag further enhance durability.
