Ram 5500 Performance Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Towmaster AS69RC - '19-'24. A purpose-built AS69RC upgrade for 6.7L Ram 5500 trucks, engineered for towing, power handling, and dependable operation.

BD Diesel tackles known AS69RC wear points so your build can put power to the pavement with confidence. A nitride-coated billet K2 hub addresses the common clutch tooth/spline wear issue, while a billet K3 drum and billet apply pistons add rigidity and clutch capacity. Friction counts are increased in K2, K3, and B1 for higher torque capacity without sacrificing the smooth shift quality BD selects for all AS69 builds. Raised valve body line pressure improves holding power. The kit includes an OE-style ProForce torque converter, BD Deep Sump Pan (+3.5 qts) for better cooling and fluid life, and nitrile pan/PTO gaskets to replace leak-prone cork. A new sprag supports reliable stator operation.
