Ram 5500 Towmaster Transmission Kit - BD Diesel - AS69RC; Incl. Converter Package (2019-2024). Built for Ram 3500/4500/5500 6.7L trucks running the Aisin AS69RC (4WD), this package provides a durable, ready-to-install solution for towing and work duty.
BD addresses known AS69RC issues with a nitride-coated billet K2 hub to curb spline wear and a stronger billet K3 drum. K2/K3/B1 friction counts are increased for higher torque capacity, with custom-selected frictions to help maintain smooth, repeatable shifts. A BD Deep Sump Pan adds 3.5 qts for improved cooling and fluid life, sealed by nitrile pan and PTO gaskets. The package also includes an OE-style ProForce torque converter, billet apply pistons, a new sprag, and increased valve-body line pressure.
