Ram 3500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - AS69RC Torquemaster - `19-`24. A purpose-built transmission package for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 trucks with the AISIN AS69RC 6.7L diesel, designed to put added power to the ground with confidence.
BD increases clutch capacity in K2, K3, and B1, then backs it with a billet, nitride-coated K2 hub and billet apply pistons to curb spline wear and flex. A reinforced billet K3 hub, piston, and drum pair with a 40% K3 clutch gain, while custom-selected frictions keep OEM shift feel. Leak-prone cork pan and PTO gaskets are replaced with nitrile. The package adds a BD Deep Sump Pan and ProForce 10D billet torque converter, plus calibrated higher line pressure for stronger clutch holding.
