Ram 4500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Torquemaster - ‘19–‘24. A purpose-built AS69RC transmission and converter package for 2019–2024 Ram 4500 6.7L trucks (4WD, RH PTO) engineered to manage added power while preserving crisp, reliable shifts.

The Torquemaster increases clutch counts in K2, K3, and B1 for higher holding capacity, then backs it up with a BD-exclusive billet nitride-coated K2 hub and billet K2 apply piston to combat spline wear. A billet K3 hub, piston, and drum add durability and resist ring grooving, with up to 40% more clutches in the K3 pack. Custom-selected frictions maintain OEM shift quality, while increased valve body line pressure further boosts clutch grip. Leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced with nitrile pan and PTO gaskets. Package includes BD’s Deep Sump Pan (+3.5 qts) for improved fluid life and cooling, plus a ProForce 10D billet torque converter, upgraded TCC frictions/steels, rebuilt stator, and new sprag, seals, and O-rings.
