Ram 5500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Torquemaster - `19-`24 is a complete AS69RC upgrade for 2019–2024 6.7L trucks. It is built to manage added power while preserving OEM-like shift quality.

BD increases clutch torque capacity with added frictions in K2, K3, and B1, then backs it up with a billet nitride-coated K2 hub and billet K2 apply piston to curb spline and tooth wear. The K3 pack gains a billet hub, piston, and a billet K3 drum that resists ring grooving, plus about a 40% clutch count increase for durability. A BD Deep Sump Pan adds approximately 3.5 quarts for improved cooling and fluid life, while the ProForce 10D billet torque converter, upgraded TCC frictions/steels, increased valve body line pressure, and nitrile pan/PTO gaskets complete this AS69RC package for 4WD, right-hand PTO Ram 5500 applications.
