Ram 3500 Transmission - BD Diesel - Towmaster AS69RC - 2019–2024. A purpose-built AS69RC upgrade for 6.7L-equipped Ram 3500s, engineered for durability and consistent shift quality.
Built for towing, work, and tuned applications, this BD package addresses AS69RC weak points while keeping shifts smooth. BD’s nitride-coated billet K2 hub fixes common spline wear, and a billet K3 drum boosts rigidity and clutch capacity. Increased frictions in K2, K3, and B1 raise torque capacity, with custom-selected materials to preserve shift quality. The BD Deep Sump pan adds about 3.5 quarts for better cooling and fluid life, sealed by nitrile pan and PTO gaskets instead of leak-prone cork. An OE-style ProForce torque converter and calibrated line-pressure increase enhance clutch holding. New sprag and fresh clutches complete the package.
