Dodge Ram 4500 Transmission Package — BD Diesel Torquemaster, AS69RC (2013–2018), engineered as a heavy-duty replacement for modified 6.7L builds.
BD’s nitrided billet K2 hub and billet K3 drum target known weak points, with billet K2/K3 pistons and added K2/K3/B1 clutch capacity. An upgraded valve body raises line pressure for stronger apply. BD’s deep sump adds 3.5 qt for cooling, and nitrile gaskets help prevent leaks. A ProForce 10D converter with a billet cover/piston and 66% more TCC plates, plus upgraded frictions/steels, round it out.
