The Dodge Ram 5500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Torquemaster - 13-18 is a heavy-duty AS69RC replacement. Built to correct common weak points for dependable use on modified trucks.
BD’s nitrided billet K2 hub and billet K3 drum combat tooth wear and ring-groove failures. Billet K2/K3 pistons and added capacity in K2, K3, and B1 packs raise torque holding and service life. An upgraded valve body increases line pressure for stronger clutch apply. The BD Deep Sump Pan adds 3.5 qts to aid cooling, while nitrile pan and LH PTO gaskets resist leaks. Package includes a ProForce 10D torque converter with billet cover and piston, 66% more TCC plates, upgraded TCC frictions and steels, plus rebuilt stator, new sprag, seals, and O-rings. For 2013-2018 Ram 5500 6.7L, AS69RC, 2WD, left-hand PTO.
