Dodge Cummins Fuel Injector - BD Diesel - Stage 1 - 03-04 is a precision-calibrated exchange common-rail injector for 2003-2004 5.9L Cummins. It delivers about 33 percent more fuel, supporting roughly 60 hp with proper supporting mods.

BD-Built injectors are flow matched, assembled to OE procedures, and validated on a Bosch 815 bench across more than eight conditions. Each unit gets a new Bosch nozzle and control valve, with extrude-honed nozzles for better flow and atomization. Calibrated to a tight +/- 2 percent flow tolerance, this Stage 1 injector is designed for consistent performance and reliable drivability.
