Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Performance Air Intake – Wehrli Stage 2, Sparkle Copper (2020–2025). This fabricated aluminum intake replaces restrictive factory parts to increase airflow and sharpen throttle response.

Engineered for the 6.6L Duramax L5P, this system uses a 4 in intake pipe and matching 4 in intake horn with smooth bends, plus a 10-gauge aluminum air box and dry filter that draw cool air from the hood Ram Air duct and inner fender. The larger pre-turbo horn removes the OE choke point, supporting improved horsepower and torque potential, quicker response, and cooler intake temps, with a more assertive engine and turbo tone under load. It is a bolt-on upgrade for stock trucks—no tuning required. During install, disable the factory air-filter monitor to avoid a service message; if not disabled, a dealership reset may be required.
