BD reworks the Allison 1000 with a modified valve body that boosts line pressure—up to 68%—increasing clutch holding capacity under load. The package includes BD’s ProForce torque converter and a deep cast-aluminum pan that adds roughly 3.5 quarts for improved thermal control while towing. Built to keep factory clutch counts while strengthening key areas, it’s a smart upgrade for work, tow, and daily driving.
