BMW 3 Series Clutch Kit – ACT Mod-Twin 225 XT Sprung Race (2007–2018). This twin-disc kit is built for high-powered BMW applications, delivering aggressive engagement, quick shifts, and a consistent, light pedal feel.

By pairing two ceramic puck friction plates with ACT’s Mono-Drive sprung hub, this setup reduces driveline shock and transfers torque uniformly while helping extend input shaft life. A CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel is included, and the exclusive four-stage heat-treated diaphragm spring helps maintain pedal consistency under heat. The modular design is fully rebuildable, and the kit includes pressure plate cover, friction discs, floater, patented Monoloc collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (if needed). All assemblies are clamp load tested, balanced, and SFI certified. Note: possible start-off judder and mild gear noise.
