It installs with basic hand tools using OEM mounting points, includes high-quality flanged hardware, built-in frame standoffs, and brackets for proper lower radiator hose support. Made in the USA. Not a skid plate: it offers increased strength and coverage versus the OEM plastic piece, but is not intended for heavy impacts.
