Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Turbo Swap Kit – Wehrli S400, Sparkle Bomber Orange, 01–04. A proven single-turbo install kit for 6.6L LB7 that replaces the factory IHI system with high-flow components.

Fits 2001–2004 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 HD LB7. Upgrades the air path with a 5" aluminum intake and fabricated air box with dry filter, 3" mandrel-bent hot/cold pipes, and a 3" fabricated billet y-bridge. A T4 pedestal accepts an S400 (turbo sold separately), with stainless braided Parker oil lines and a 3" ceramic-coated downpipe that mates to the stock front pipe—no cutting. Requires forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405. Downpipe suits S400 Half Marmon outlet; not HX40. SXE/race-cover options are build-to-order; specify non-BorgWarner turbos.
