Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S400 - Sparkle Bomber Orange - 01-04. This WCFab single-turbo install kit converts your 6.6L LB7 from the stock IHI to an S400-style system in a durable Sparkle Bomber Orange finish.

Built for precise fit and strong airflow, this big-single kit supports a T4-mounted S400 by upgrading the intake, charge plumbing, and upper intake tract. It includes a 5 inch fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty air box and dry filter, 3 inch mandrel-bent 14 gauge hot- and cold-side tubes, and a 3 inch fabricated high-flow billet Y-bridge. The ceramic-coated 3 inch downpipe mates to the factory front pipe (Half Marmon 4.6 inch S400 outlet). Braided Parker oil lines, clamps, boots, heat wrap, and a driver-side transmission dipstick relocation tube are included. Forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required on LB7. Turbo sold separately; SXE/race-cover builds are made to order. Non-BorgWarner turbos may need to be sent for mock-up; lead time begins upon receipt. Compatible with WCFab 2 inch up-pipes.
