Dodge Ram Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S400 High Mount 2nd Gen - Bengal Grey - ’04-’07. Built by Wehrli Custom Fabrication (WCFab), this kit adapts an S400-based turbo to your 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins with a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold (sold separately).

Each kit is hand-built, TIG-welded, and test-fit on an engine for proper alignment. CNC-machined flanges with O-ring seals help deliver a boost-leak resistant setup. The high-mount manifold orientation simplifies the downpipe install with no exhaust cutting, and WCFab’s downpipe mates to the factory V-band. Designed around a standard S400 T4 4.6″ flange and compatible with Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed 2nd Gen style manifolds. Not for race-cover turbos or Banks intercoolers. If supplying your own turbo/manifold, specify brand; some applications may require sending parts to WCFab and additional lead time. Also works on 2003–2004 trucks updated to the 2004.5–2011 front pipe.
