Dodge Ram 3500 Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 High Mount - Gun Metal - ‘04–‘07. A purpose-built 2nd Gen–style swap to install an S300-based turbo on 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins Ram 2500/3500 using a high-mount orientation (manifold sold separately).

Engineered by Wehrli Custom Fabrication (WCFab), the manifold points up for straightforward down pipe routing—no cutting of the exhaust—and uses a short 4" down pipe that mates to the factory front pipe v-band. Designed for 2nd Gen Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed manifolds; if using other brands, specify your turbo and manifold at order so we can help verify fitment (some setups may require sending parts in). Hot-side intercooler pipe uses a v-band at the turbo; kits purchased with a WCFab-modified SXE include the welded outlet flange. The turbine outlet is HX40 style; if supplying your own turbo, ensure the housing is machined accordingly. Works on some 2003–2004 trucks updated to the 2004.5–2011 front pipe. Not compatible with Banks Power intercoolers.
