Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 - Semi-Gloss Black - 01–04. Convert your 2001–2004 6.6L LB7 from the factory IHI setup to an S300-style single turbo with a well-matched, easy-to-install package.

Designed by Wehrli Custom Fabrication, this fixed-vane kit renews the intake and charge-air path for S300 turbos (sold separately): 4 in. fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty air box and dry filter, 3 in. mandrel-bent 14‑ga hot/cold pipes, and a 3 in. fabricated billet Y‑bridge. Stainless braided oil lines, a T4 steel pedestal, and a ceramic-coated 3 in. downpipe mate to the factory V‑band. Forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required. If using a non‑BorgWarner S300, provide turbo specs for fitment; mock‑up may be required.
