Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 Single Turbo Install - Illusion Purple - 01–04. Purpose-built to convert your 6.6L LB7 from the stock IHI to an S300-frame turbo.

Designed by WCFab, this kit refreshes the entire charge-air path with a 4" fabricated aluminum intake and air box, high-flow 3" hot and cold-side piping, and a 3" fabricated billet Y-bridge for improved airflow. A high-temp ceramic coated 3" downpipe mates to the factory front-pipe V-band—no cutting required. Includes stainless braided oil feed/drain lines, silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, T4 pedestal, and driver-side trans dipstick relocation. S300 turbo options are sold separately; if using a non-WCFab-supplied turbo, confirm specs for fitment. HX40-style turbine outlet is required. Forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required for LB7 clearance.
