Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S400 - Chevy Orange - 01-04. Swap your LB7’s stock IHI turbo to an S400-frame setup with a clean, proven WCFab package.

Built for 2001-2004 6.6L LB7 Duramax, this kit upgrades airflow end to end: a 5-inch fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty sheet-metal air box and premium dry filter, high-flow 3-inch 14-gauge mandrel-bent hot/cold pipes, and a 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge that replaces the restrictive upper manifold. A T4 pedestal mounts popular S400 options (turbo sold separately). Stainless braided oil lines and a high-temp ceramic-coated downpipe that mates to the existing V-band front pipe help streamline installation with no cutting. Requires WCFab forward-facing thermostat housing (WCF100405). Downpipe fits S400 half Marmon 4.6-inch outlet; not compatible with HX40. SXE/race-cover builds are made to order; please specify details.
