Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli S400 - Flat Black - 01-04. Built for 2001-2004 Silverado 2500/3500 HD with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax to replace the factory IHI turbo with an S400-style system.

Made by Wehrli Custom Fabrication, this kit updates intake and charge plumbing for higher airflow and easy service. It uses a T4 pedestal for S400 turbos (sold separately) and a high-temp ceramic-coated 3 in downpipe that connects to the stock front pipe. Stainless braided oil lines are included. Note: forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required. Downpipe fits Half Marmon S400 (4.6 in) outlets only, not HX40. SXE/race-cover setups are build-to-order; specify turbo details—mock-up and lead time may apply.
