Ram 3500 Fuel Heater Kit - Fleece Performance - '13-'18 is a plug-and-play upgrade for cold-weather reliability. Designed to pair with the Fleece Performance under-bed fuel filter base, it helps keep fuel moving when temps drop.

For trucks using FPE-CUMM-UBFA-1324, the thermostat switches on at 28.4°F ±5.4°F and off at 48.2°F ±5.4°F. At typical flow it adds about 4–8°F across the element to help reduce waxing and filter restriction. Intended for 2013–2018 setups with the Fleece under-bed base; for 2019–2024 use FPE-FH-CUMM-1924.
